By submitting User Content, you grant Legato a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

You are responsible for your content and agree that it must not:

• Infringe on any third-party rights
• Contain illegal, abusive, or harmful material
• Include misleading or fraudulent information
• Violate community guidelines or applicable laws

We may remove content that violates these rules.

4. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to access another user’s account
• Use the platform for spam or advertising without permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Services for unlawful or harmful activities

Any violation may result in immediate account termination.

5. Location-Based Features

Legato helps connect musicians locally. You may choose to enable or disable location services. If enabled, approximate location information may be used to improve recommendations and functionality.

6. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or external services. Legato is not responsible for third-party content, actions, or privacy practices. Use these at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Legato, you consent to all actions taken with respect to your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, features, software, and content provided by Legato are the property of Legato Networks LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer our Services.

9. Data Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. When you do, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Content you shared with other users may remain visible to those users.

10. App Updates & Changes

We may update or modify the Services at any time, including adding or removing features. We may also make changes to these Terms. When we do, the “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in harmful or illegal activity
• We need to comply with legal or regulatory requirements

You may also terminate your account at any time through the app.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the Services will meet your needs
• That data will not be lost or compromised

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legato will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes must be handled in state or federal courts located in North Dakota.
